As a B2B SaaS company offering a child care marketplace as an employee benefit, it was important to showcase success stories of how working parents used their Kinside benefit to find, secure, and save on child care—proof points for employers looking to boost their attraction and retention strategies with a child care benefit. I interviewed this parent, wrote the case study, and designed the PDF.

As a B2B SaaS company serving small and mid-sized businesses, our team collaborated with the sales and customer success teams to interview enthusiastic customers who fit our ICP and wanted to share how our solutions helped their businesses. Working with business owners, we created case studies that told their stories in a relatable way, while supporting our objective to develop educational content for each of the business solutions our company provided: asset monitoring, fleet management, supply chain visibility, and personnel monitoring.

Post-Pandemic Office Design Case Study
When the COVID-19 pandemic shuttered offices, including our own, organizations of all sizes wanted to know how to augment their office spaces and buildings for a safe return to work. As specialists in workplace design, it was important to position the firm as a thought leader in this emerging landscape, and as content marketing manager, I was the person to get us there.
I created a comprehensive case study of how the firm handled pandemic-related challenges and the changes we made to our own office space. I interviewed leaders across the firm, drawing upon their expertise to create the concept and outline. I wrote, edited, and coordinated with a team member on the layout, providing design suggestions according to brand standards.
This resulted in a substantive piece of lead generation content that demonstrates the firm’s expertise and ability to solve unique challenges; educates past clients about new services; and introduces potential clients to who we are and what we have to offer. Due to the effects of COVID-19 on the firm’s main source of revenue, the commercial office market, I was laid-off and did not get to see the public release of this product for its full impact.
